Cultivating Your Inner World

An entire universe exists within you.

For many, this inner world remains suspended in quiet darkness, patiently awaiting you to remember how to create within it. Words, mostly anxieties, roll around like tumbleweeds. When I ask most people what they experience when they close their eyes and tune into their inner world, the prevalent response I receive is, โ€œI donโ€™t know? I guess itโ€™s kind of blank?โ€ When they say this, they often seem dejected and somber, seeing it as something negative.

Yet whenever I hear this, I smile and say out loud, โ€œBlank like a canvas. How exciting.โ€

Because it is.

Understand the joy of a blank canvas. Blankness, the void, is untouched parchment awaiting creation. And you are the one holding the tools to create energetically. If I handed you a painting already crowded with symbols, colors, and drawings filling every fractal of the space, there would be nowhere for you to paint, nowhere for you to bring something new into existence.

An entire universe exists within you. An entire universe can be created by you. It expands, grows, transforms, and evolves. You can remember how to create.

My inner world was once void of anything except my own repetitive thoughts, playing on a loop and slowly torturing me from the inside out. I would engage in shamanic journeying, but that required traveling into what can only be described as a shared game server, a collective canvas shared with spirit, rather than a created sanctuary. I longed for a resting place for my soulโ€™s spirits, a place of great remembrance, a place where healing and love could ripple through all channels of reality through which my soul expressed itself, where we could heal together, engaging in soul-level architecture.

So on the first day, I brought the sun into existence to illuminate the dark. It was more than a bright star. It was an energetic symbol that, like everything else, would arise within the inner realms of my soul field, rippling forward and backward through linear time and into other existences. I poured love into the sun as it warmed the lands. Energetically and in real life, I drummed for it. I danced and expressed gratitude with every exhale, charging it with intent. It grew brighter, flooding the lands with light.

Feeling content, I rested upon the soft grass and lay beneath the sun, knowing that the more energy I poured into it, the brighter it would shine. While it had only been an hour at most in Earth time, it felt akin to a week within this new realm that had been birthed into existence. Time dissolved in this liminal space, holding little value and obeying incompatible measurements.

While in meditation the next day, I realized flowers had already begun to sprout, along with trees and forests. The sun continued to shine unapologetically in the sky, a power source for the land below from the great sky above. But like a well-balanced ecosystem, I knew the sun could not burn too hot. The sun, with all its masculine energy, needed rest. And so I created the moon within my otherworld, silvery and reflective, deeply alluring and mysterious. I honored her feminine energy by lighting a fire and dancing beneath her.

Then came the rain, sometimes born from tears shed in the outer world. It watered the land, seeping into the soil, transformed by the earth itself, causing the flowers and trees to grow taller and the gardens to become more lush.

And now, what started as the sun, the moon, and a garden has transformed into a vast ecosystem. Forests born from alchemized grief. Mountains ascending high into the skies. Rivers of renewal and blessing. Crystals containing entire micro-universes within them. Other planets, each with terrains and wonders unique unto themselves.

And it keeps expanding. There are no edges to the canvas. You can never run out of room. What is perceived as the dark edges is simply more awaiting revelation.

At this point, it is creating itself through my higher self, through other channels of reality, simply by allowing myself to be present within the space, charging each and everything with energetic intent, creating beacons.

Here are a is a small non-inclusive of fraction of the energetic landmarks that have been created:

Yurt:

This yurt is a resting place. It is a sacred dwelling for me and my divine counterpart, a home where the expression of our souls may rest, heal, and evolve. The yurt is ever expanding, holding infinite doors that open gently from within.

The Yurt is an energetic symbol of returning home.

Rainbow:

Above the Yurt there is a rainbow, present in day or night, sun or rainfall. It is an energetic beacon that reaches across all timelines, calling home tired or wandering soul fragments. It is infused with acceptance, peace, and the promise that every part of ourselves will be seen and welcomed. The rainbow does not compel. It simply radiates a steady knowing that it is safe to come home now, that there is no longer a need to remain in shadow or to endlessly relive a painful moment in space and time. Follow the rainbow and you will find your way to peace.

This rainbow was fueled through visualization, music, and most importantly the resonance of emotion. Acceptance. Pure unconditional love. I allowed all of that to flow from me. The day after it was brought into existence, three soul fragments returned, later to be received and integrated.

North Star:

Directly above the Yurt is the North Star, visible during the night. The time of day in physical reality has little relevance to the cycles of the inner realm. This star is for those who feel lost and seek guidance. It leads them to the Yurt, offering hope and a deep sense of remembrance.

River of Blessings:

This is a truly beautiful creation, born from my desire to send love across all timelines. Water serves as both carrier and amplifier of resonance. The river flows through every channel of reality, charged with pure unconditional love, delivered precisely where it is needed. Gifts and blessings may also be sent interdimensionally.

Once, I sent a flower crown to a past life in which I lived in Peru. In return, I received a gift from another channel where my soul lived as a Buddhist monk. It was a lotus with dangling bells. Surrounding the lotus was a ring of fire, forever ignited yet never scorching the flower.
