You'll rest comfortably on a vibroacoustic soundbed, where gentle vibrations attuned to the Earth's natural resonance work in harmony with calming meditation music to soothe your body and mind.
As you surrender to the experience, a guided meditation will lead you on a journey to connect with the loving and supportive energies of Mother Gaia and Father Sky. Their presence becomes a source of deep healing, helping you to release old patterns and wounds that have limited your sense of security and openness.
