This is an open discussion workshop created for anyone curious about spirituality, undergoing an awakening and seeking insight, or anyone simply looking to further their awareness into what exists beyond our limited senses.

Throughout the workshop I will provide intuitive guidance, and share my knowledge on topics such as, meditation , manifestation, chakras, the power of journeying, reframing the subconscious, energy healing, utilizing universal laws such as the law of vibration to your benefit, and more dependent upon the direction of the classroom conversation.

After spending over fifteen years in the corporate sector, Rachel decided to leave in pursuit of fulfilling her life path, which she describes as uplifting the community by providing peace to the racing mind, knowledge, and spiritual development. Rachel performs sound baths and various esoteric metaphysical workshops throughout Western New York. She is the proud owner of the recent start-up company "Ambient Sound Healing," where every performance is a restorative ambient journey. Attuned to reiki, every performance and workshop with Rachel is supercharged with universal light, uplifting intentions, and healing energies.
