Join us for a Winter Solstice Blackout Sound Bath, an immersive journey into stillness and renewal. Once everyone arrives, the lights will be turned off, allowing the studio to become completely dark and inviting a sense of deep peace and introspection. Guests will rest on vibroacoustic sound beds or loungers, feeling the soothing vibrations of music resonating through their bodies while listening to a live soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, ocean drum, chimes, and more. This special event honors the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year—as we surrender to the darkness, reflect on the cycles of nature, and welcome the gradual return of the light.
