Your experience includes an intuitive oracle card pull to gently guide the energy of your journey. We will begin by gathering in a circle for about 20 minutes, where you’ll be served optional ceremonial cacao made with vegan almond milk as we open our hearts and breathe love into the space together. There is nothing you need to do—no pressure to speak—only to be present, receive, and connect. After this self-love ceremony to nurture your inner world, you’ll be invited to rest comfortably on a vibroacoustic bed, where the sound journey begins. These beds transform music and frequency into soothing vibrations you can feel throughout your entire body, deepening relaxation and immersion. As you settle in, Rachel will guide the experience with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, creating a calming, dreamy soundscape. Throughout the journey, you will also be held in gentle, nurturing energy work as Rachel intuitively weaves in healing through the natural elements.
