Heal the Heart is a sacred, heart-centered experience designed to gently support emotional release, connection, and inner peace.

Participants will rest throughout the entire journey on Vibroacoustic sound beds and loungers, which deliver healing frequencies directly to the body through gentle sound vibrations.

The experience begins with guided, loving breathwork paired with a heart-opening playlist to encourage presence and emotional flow. Sacred cacao will be offered in ceremony to deepen connection and open the heart space even further.

As you remain supported by the soothing vibrations, the journey continues into a restorative sound bath—layered with heart-healing frequencies—to help calm the nervous system and open pathways of compassion, love, and inner stillness.

This is a space for surrender, nourishment, and coming home to yourself.
