Sounds of the Cosmos is an immersive vibroacoustic sound bath that invites you to experience sound not only through listening, but through the body itself. You will rest on vibroacoustic sound beds or loungers that translate frequency into gentle, tactile vibration. Throughout the experience, the beds vibrate at a steady 40 Hz, allowing the frequency to be felt evenly through the entire body. This full-body resonance supports deep nervous system regulation, grounding, and a profound sense of calm, as if your body is being quietly tuned from the inside out.
The soundscape is created using gongs, crystal and metal singing bowls, and layered harmonic textures, with a special emphasis on the theremin. Its ethereal, touchless tones drift and bend through the space, creating a truly otherworldly atmosphere that feels cosmic, expansive, and deeply soothing.
