Our 3-part workshop begins with a unique crystal bowl sound bath, followed by a hands-on experience to transform floral energy into a melody. Finally, each guest with be given a vase to pick and fill with beautiful organic flowers from our farm fields to take home.

First, we will all be gathered in the magical 20,000 sq. ft. labyrinth of flowers. You'll be surrounded by our zinnia walk and wildflower fields at the farm. Rachel, our experienced sound healer, will guide you through this nature journey, using the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls to help release tension and promote deep relaxation.

Later, using the "Plant Wave", we will all enjoy a hands-on experience aligning ourselves with the beautiful energy of flowers. Pick a special flower and hear its energy become transformed into a melody. It is magical.

Finally, to end our evening, everyone will wander the flower fields and be given a vase to fill with flowers that they'll pick for themselves to take home.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, and wear comfortable clothing and proper outdoor footwear.
