Bring your friend, or family member to Harmony Hour. Relax and rejuvenate together with a group sound bath. Your ticket purchase will enable you to bring one person for free.
A sound bath is a meditative soundscape produced to help you reach the deepest level of relaxation. Instruments used include crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, tuned chimes, Ocean drums, rain sticks, a monochord, and more.
Yoga mats, pillows and blankets will all be provided.
