Join Rachel and Lana for a night of Sound Healing and Reiki

Sound Healing (performed by Rachel) is a significantly valuable tool that harmonizes the mind, body and spirit. We listen not only with our ears but with every cell in our body. Every organ within our bodies resonates at a different vibratory frequency.

Reiki (by Lana) is an energy healing modality, originated in Japan, that helps to clear and balance your chakra system - which helps to restore overall wellness to your mind, body and soul

We will start with a guided meditation as you relax under the Red lights, with a cooling lavender towel, as Rachel from Ambient Sound Healing leads you into Sound Bath

You will be receiving mini-reiki treatments throughout the duration of the event
