Exploring the World of Dream Herbs

Important Disclaimer: Before consuming any herbal remedy, it's crucial to consult with a doctor. Their expertise can help you avoid potential interactions with medications or underlying health conditions. Remember, you are 100% ultimately responsible for what you ingest.

This section delves into my personal experiences with various herbs traditionally associated with dreams. Keep in mind that individual results may vary.

The Herb Lowdown:

  • Blue Lotus: I've experimented with Blue Lotus in tea, smoking blends, and tincture form. While tea and smoking offered a relaxing and calming effect, they didn't significantly enhance astral projection or lucidity. However, the tincture led to more vivid dreams with a higher chance of successful recall.

  • Calea Zacatechichi (Mexican Dream Herb): This herb presented a significant taste challenge. I bravely attempted tea (definitely not recommended!), smoking, and even a tincture. Unfortunately, none of these methods yielded any noticeable difference in dream success, lucidity, vividness, or overall consciousness.

  • Entada Rheedii (African Dream Seed): I consumed the seed directly, although some users report smoking it as well. While this method didn't alter the content of my dreams, it did heighten my awareness of internal body vibrations – a rather unusual experience!

  • Silene Capensis (African Dream Root): This root didn't affect lucidity, but it did improve dream recall significantly. Additionally, my dreams seemed more symbolic, offering guidance and enhanced vividness.

  • Mugwort: Despite multiple attempts using tea, tincture, and smoking methods, I haven't observed any clear impact from Mugwort. However, others have reported positive experiences with this popular herb.

  • Cannabis: While cannabis can increase the likelihood of entering altered states of consciousness, it comes at a cost – significantly impaired dream recall. The hazy effects often make it difficult to remember details from your experience.

  • Ormus: This one didn't yield any noticeable effects in the dream realm. However, I did find it beneficial for promoting mental clarity during waking life.

  • Bobinsana: Though it didn't influence my dream experiences, Bobinsana remains a cherished heart-opening herb with other potential benefits.

  • Psilocybin could be an option, but tread carefully. It requires extra considerations, especially about legality.

  • Hapeh: My experiences with Hapeh, a traditional Amazonian snuff, have been somewhat mixed. While I've had occasional mild success with various types in terms of promoting visuals and lucid experiences, it's definitely not for everyone. Overall, I would not claim this helped me succeed in astral projection

  • Sananga: These Amazonian eye drops are known for their intense burning sensation. A word to the wise: proceed with extreme caution! Not only did they leave me wide awake instead of falling asleep, but using them the night before yielded no dream-related results.

Remember, this is just a glimpse into the world of dream herbs. Always approach them with caution, conduct your own research, and prioritize your health and safety.
