Ever heard of automatic writing? Basically, you let go of control and let spirit guide your hand to write messages. The experience of automatic spirit writing can be intense and transformative. It can also serve as a deep dive into your own mind, where you explore hidden thoughts and feelings. Messages received can range from personal guidance and insights to profound revelations about life, the universe, and even the afterlife. Some individuals have reported receiving messages from loved ones who have passed on, while others connect with spirit guides or other benevolent entities.

Here is how to do it:

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Gather your tools: a pen or pencil, a notebook or paper. You can also put on some meditation music, if it will help you to relax. Sometimes, I put on a recording of Hemi-Sync, which has binaural beats to entrain the brain into a state of theta.

Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and relax.

Set an intention. You might ask for guidance, clarity, or creative inspiration.

Hold your pen lightly and let your hand rest on the paper.

Begin to write. Release the need for perfection. Don't get hung up on grammar, spelling, or even making sense. Simply let your hand dance across the page, recording the words that emerge effortlessly. Initially, it might feel like your conscious mind is doing the talking, but as you surrender to the rhythm of writing and delve deeper into the flow state, you'll discover a doorway to authentic messages from the spiritual realm.

Trust the process. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring it back to the sensation of the pen moving across the page.

Continue writing for a set period (e.g., 10-20 minutes) or until you feel complete.

Read what you've written. Look for patterns, themes, or insights that resonate with you.

Reflect on your experience. What did you learn? How did you feel?

Experiment with different tools and techniques. Some people prefer to use a keyboard, while others find that drawing or doodling helps them access their subconscious.

Try different prompts or questions. If you're feeling stuck, ask yourself a question or write a word that sparks your curiosity.

Don't be afraid to let go of control. The most powerful insights often come when we surrender to the unknown.

There's no right or wrong way to do it. The most important thing is to be open, curious, and willing to explore the depths of your own consciousness.
